NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF NORTH FLORIDA WATER UTILITIES AUTHORITY BOARD The Board of Directors of the North Florida Water Utilities Authority (NFWUA) will meet in Special Session at 5:30 P.M. on May 7, 2026, in the Columbia County Tourist Development Conference Room 971 W. Duval Street, Lake City, FL 32055. The subject of the special session is discussion and possible board action regarding Columbia County, Florida transfer of North Florida Mega Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Facility to the City of Lake City, Florida, to the exclusion of North Florida Water Utilities Authority. Note: This is a rescheduled time and date of the Special Session originally scheduled and noticed for 9:30 A.M. on Thursday, April 30, 2026, which instead shall now take place at the above stated time and date. In accordance with the Florida Statutes and Americans with Disabilities Act, any person needing a special accommodation to participate in this matter should contact the North Florida Water Utilities Authority by mail to James M. Swisher, Jr., Columbia County Clerk of Court & Comptroller, 173 NE Hernando Avenue, Lake City, Florida 32055 or by telephone at (386) 758-1041, no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing or proceeding for which this notice has been given.
