The proposed roadway is CN compliant with VOSO Phase 31JKL SWE Modification No.1 (ERP 43044863.199), VOSO Phase 31H & 31I SWE (ERP No. 43044863.195) and VOSO - Ph.11C Mod. 2 & Ph. 11D Mod. 1 SWE (ERP 43044863.173) and will drain to ponds LS-59, LS-95, LS-96 & LS-116. Project name: VOSO Bexley Trail Phase 9. Project size: 12.42 acres Location: Sections 21, 22, 28 Township 20 South, Range 23 East, in Sumter County. Outstanding Florida Water: No. Aquatic preserve: No. The application is available for public inspection MON-FRI at 7601 U.S. HWY 301 N, Tampa, FL 33637 or through the Application & Permit Search Tools function at www.watermatters.org/permits/. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application.
