NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING CONFLICT ASSESSMENT MEETING BETWEEN THE CITY OF NAPLES AND NAPLES AIRPORT AUTHORITY DATE: May 11, 2026 TIME: 10:00 A.M. PLACE: City of Naples City Hall 735 8th Street South 2nd Floor Conference Room (adjacent to City Council Chambers) Naples, Florida 34102 Pursuant to Section 164.1053, Florida Statutes (Governmental Disputes), representatives of the City of Naples and the Naples Airport Authority will meet on May 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the 2nd Floor Conference Room adjacent to the Naples City Council Chambers within Naples City Hall located at 735 8th Street South, Naples, Florida 34102, to engage in a Conflict Assessment Meeting pertaining to the 1969 Lease Agreement for the Naples Municipal Airport entered into by the City of Naples and the Naples Airport Authority and the validity of HB 4005. This meeting is open to the public. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made at this meeting with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person with a disability requiring auxiliary aids and services for this meeting may call the City Clerk's Office at 213-1015 with requests at least two business days before the meeting date. 5/1/2026
