NOTICE OF RULEMAKING REGARDING THE RULES OF PROCEDURE AND PARKING RULES OF THE MARION RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Marion Ranch Community Development District (District) hereby gives the public notice of its intent to (1) adopt its proposed Rules of Procedure (the Rules of Procedure); and (2) adopt rules for parking enforcement and the towing of vehicles (the Parking Rules). The proposed Rules of Procedure rule number is ROP-1. The proposed Parking Rules rule number is PARKING-1. Prior notice of rule development relative to the proposed Rules of Procedure and Parking Rules was published in the Ocala StarBanner on April 2, 2026.

Public hearings will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of the District on May 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at 606 SW 3rd Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34471 relative to the adoption of the proposed Rules of Procedure and Parking Rules. Pursuant to Sections 190.011(5) and 190.012(3), Florida Statutes, the Proposed Rules of Procedure and Parking Rules will not require legislative ratification.

At the hearing, staff or Supervisors may participate in the public hearings by speaker telephone.
