Schedule an additional Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, with a Hearing Officer present, if needed. SUMMARY OF RULE:Revisions align policy with current statutes governing instructional materials. SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COST:There are no additional costs required other than those of advertising. SPECIFIC AUTHORITY: 1001.41, 1001.42, Fla. Stats. (2025).
