Marion County Announces Public Comment Period for Updated Marion County HUD Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) Marion County May 1, 2026 The Marion County Community Services Department is seeking public input on its updated Citizen Participation Plan (CPP), a document that governs how residents can participate in the development of federal funding strategies, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs. The CPP provides information concerning the five (5) year Comprehensive Plan, Annual Action Plan, and the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report.
