FIRST INSERTION TSR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF WORKSHOP AND NOTICE OF MEETING Notice is hereby given that Board of Supervisors (Board) of the TSR Community Development District (District) will participate in a Workshop on April 28, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., at Cunningham Hall, 12131 Rangeland Blvd. Odessa, Florida 33556 where District Management will provide an introduction to the basics of community development districts, which may include, but is not necessarily limited to the creation of community development districts, statutory powers and responsibilities, the difference between community development districts and homeowners associations, bond financing and assessments, and roles of Supervisors and staff. The members of the Board will not convene for purposes of taking action on matters of the Districts business. Any facts or feedback gathered may be taken into account for future action by the Board at a duly noticed meeting. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the Districts website, https://tsrcdd.com/. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at this workshop because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (561) 571-0010 at least 48 hours prior to the workshop.
