NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR REZONING NOTICE is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida,will hear Ordinances 2026-28 at its meeting on May 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL. ORDINANCE NO. 2026-28 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE PROVISIONS OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY WITH RESPECT TO THE FOLLOWING PARCELS OF LAND: 42-10-27-6850-0120-0101, 42-10-27-6850-0110-0100, 42-10-27-6850-0120-0020, 42-10-27-6850-0120-0011, 42-10-27-6850-0120-0010, 42-10-27-6850-0150-0060, 42-10-27-6850-0150-0040, 42-10-27-6850-0150-0090, LOCATED AT 201, 211, 225, 229, 300 and 320 SAINT JOHNS AVENUE, and 301 REID STREET, PALATKA, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENERS ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
