PUBLIC NOTICE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA PANAMA CITY DIVISION REAPPOINTMENT OF FULL-TIME UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE The current term of office for United States Magistrate Judge Michael J. Frank in Panama City, Florida, is due to expire on September 16, 2026. The United States District Court is required by law to establish a panel of citizens to consider reappointment of the incumbent magistrate judge to a new eight-year term. A full public notice concerning reappointment of the incumbent magistrate judge is posted in all four divisional offices of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida and on the Court's website at www.flnd.uscourts.gov.
