TIMBER CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
BUDGET WORKSHOP OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 
The Board of Supervisors (the Board) of the Timber Creek Community Development District (the District) will hold a budget workshop of the Board of Supervisors on April 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Timber Creek Community Clubhouse, 10224 Opaline Sky Court, Riverview, FL 33578. The purpose of the meeting is to consider organizational matters related to the District and any other business which may properly come before it.
The workshop will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The workshop may be continued in progress without additional published notice to a time, date and location stated on the record at the meeting.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained at the office of the District Manager, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., located at 2700 S. Falkenburg Road, Suite 2745, Riverview, Florida 33578 (813) 533-2950, during normal business hours.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
