NOTICE OF PROPOSED VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION Notice is hereby given by the City of Rockledge, Florida, that Advanced Property Management of Central Florida, Inc., through agent Hassan Kamal, B.S.E. Consultants, Inc., 312 South Harbor City Boulevard, Suite 4, Melbourne, Florida 32901 has requested consideration of voluntary annexation of one (1) parcel consisting of approximately .04+/- acres located at 3789 Flypark Drive, Unit U-4, Rockledge, Florida 32955. The City of Rockledge Planning Commission will hold a meeting in the Council Chamber at Rockledge City Hall, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the request and make its recommendation to the City Council. A public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber at Rockledge City Hall, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have the opportunity to be heard. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in this public hearing should contact the City Clerk's Office by calling (321) 221-7540, Option 1 or e-mailing cityclerk@cityofrockledge.org at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
