Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness
for Demolition


Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Historic Preservation Board in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, Sanford, Florida, at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, for proposed Certificate of Appropriateness for demolition of a site feature at 1219 Park Avenue.


Request: A Certificate of Appropriateness for demolition at 1219 Park Avenue.
