Workshop to discuss security matters for the community development district.

MEADOW VIEW AT TWIN CREEKS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF WORKSHOP AND NOTICE OF PRIVATE SECURITY SESSION
Notice is hereby given that a Workshop of one or more members of the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Meadow View at Twin Creeks Community Development District (District) will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake House Amenity Center located at 850 Beacon Lake Parkway, St. Augustine, Florida 32095. The Workshop is being held to discuss matters related to security. An electronic copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager, c/o Governmental Management Services, LLC, at (904) 940-5850 or mbiagetti@gmsnf.com (District Managers Office) and is also expected to be available on the Districts website, www.meadowviewattwincreekscdd.com at least seven days prior to the meeting.
Please note: In accordance with Sections 119.071(3)(a) and 281.301, Florida Statutes, a portion of the workshop may be closed to the public, as it relates to the Districts security system plan. The closed session may begin at any time during the workshop and is expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes but may end earlier than expected or may extend longer. When the security system plan agenda item is discussed, the public will be asked to leave. The public will be notified that they may return upon completion of the discussion regarding the security system plan.
The workshop will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts, and other than the closed session described above, will be open to the public. The workshop may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the workshop is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
At the workshop, staff or Board members may participate by speaker telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at the workshop because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Meeting.
