Lake Heather Special Dependent Tax District Public Notice of FY26 Regular Meeting Schedule The Lake Heather Special Dependent District will conduct its FY26 regular monthly meetings at Northdale Recreation Center, 15510 Hooting Owls Place, Conference Room, Tampa, Florida, beginning at 7:30 P.M. These regular monthly meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of each month. All meetings are open to the public. In accordance with Chapter 286, F.S., the public is advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Trustees with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. All meeting facilities are accessible in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Any additional necessary accommodations will be provided with 48 hours notice.
