FIRST INSERTION K-BAR RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOP K-Bar Ranch Community Development District will hold a Budget Workshop on April 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the K-Bar Ranch II Amenity Center located at 10820 Mistflower Lane, Tampa, Florida 33647. The purpose of the workshop is to review the proposed operations and maintenance assessments (O&M Assessment) for the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 budget. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines. The Board of Supervisors will not take any action at this workshop. A copy of the agenda and budgets may be obtained from the District Coordinator, via email at Margarett@Hikai.com, Phone (813)565-4663, during normal business hours or from the Districts website at www.unionparkcdd.org. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this workshop is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 565-4663, at least 48 hours before the workshop.
