NOTICE OF SUBMITTED APPLICATION TO THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an application for a letter modification of Water Use Permit No. 20011963.006 from Terranova Groves, LLC to allow for installation of a limited use public supply well. The application received: April 1, 2026. Predominant use type(s): Agricultural. There are no changes to groundwater Annual Average and Peak Month irrigation quantities of 2,607,000 gpd and 4,863,000 gpd respectively. Location: Section(s) 25, 26, 30, 31, 35 and 36 of Township 36 South, Range 21 and 22 East, in Manatee County. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at 7601 U.S. Highway 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33637 or through the "Application & Permit Search Tools" function on the District's website at www.watermatters.org/permits/. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written objections and comments concerning the application within 14 days from the date of this notice.
