NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City National Bank of Florida, with Its main office located at 25 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida 33130, has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) on or about 4/20/2026, seeking approval to establish a retail banking branch at Urban Center II, 4890 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida, 33609, Suite # 400.
