KEAVEAONA PEOPLES BEAUCEJOUR, et al., Defendants. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that Gregory C. Harrell, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Marion County, Florida, will on February 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction at www.marion.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Marion County, Florida, to wit: Lot 19, Block 1207, MARION OAKS UNIT NINE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book O, Page 164, Public Records of Marion County, Florida.
