The SARASOTA COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Bee Ridge Road and Fruitville Road, east of Lorraine Road. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along PHILIPPI CREEK within the Artistry Development, affecting several unnamed ponds, wetlands, and depressional areas.
As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision.
