Forman, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash WWW.BROWARD.REALFORECLOSE.COM AT 10:00 AM  on April 23, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, towit: 
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL TOWNHOUSE UNIT NO. 14, THE WOODSIDE ARMS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6347, PAGE 267. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
