CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE Please take notice that on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 the following ordinance was heard on first reading before the City Commission of the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Please also take notice that on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, located at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Mary N. Porter Riverview Ballroom, 201 SW 5th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312, the following ordinance will be presented to the City Commission of the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida on second reading: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, AMENDING DIVISION 8 OF ARTICLE VII, OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, TO ESTABLISH AN INFRASTRUCTURE ADVISORY BOARD, PROVIDING FOR MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS, LENGTH OF TERM AND THE PURPOSE AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD, PROVIDING FOR CORRECTION OF SCRIVENERS ERRORS AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
