Notice is given that Fifth Third Bank, National Association, a federally chartered depository institution with its main office located at 38 Fountain Square Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio 45263, has filed an application with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on or about February 9, 2026 as specified in 12 CFR Part 5, for permission to establish a staffed branch located at 3249 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida 33021 ("Hollywood BC"). Any person wishing to comment on this application may file comments in writing with the Director for Large Bank Licensing, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, 7 Times Square, 10th Floor Mailroom, New York, New York 10036 or by email to licensingpubliccomments@ occ.treas.gov, within 30 days of the date of this publication.
