NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of February, 2025 in Case No. 50-2025-CA-000766-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in which Harvest Pines Homeowners Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Karen Michelle Pollack, Haylee Tyrah Ann Perry, and Any Unknown Occupants are the Defendants.
