NOTICE OF REVISED MEETINGS MAINSTREET AT COCONUT CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the MainStreet at Coconut Creek Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting for Fiscal Year 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Governmental Management Services, South Florida at 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, FL 33351, on the third Thursday of each month as follows: February 19, 2026 March 19, 2026 April 16, 2026 May 21, 2026 June 18, 2026 July 16, 2026 August 20, 2026 September 17, 2026 The meeting will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability of physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
