NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2025 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 27, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: CACE24005324 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11, Plaintiff, and TRACY SAULSBY; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; MV REALTY PBC, LLC, are Defendants.
