NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Claim of Lien Foreclosure and Determination and Award of Attorneys Fees, entered on February 5, 2026, in Civil Case No. CONO-24-076802 (73) of the County Court in and for Broward County, Deerfield Beach, Florida, wherein THE LAKES OF INVERRARY CONDOMINIUMS, INC. is Plaintiff and SHARON ALVARANGA, MICHAEL HARDWARE, DAVID HARDWARE, JR., AKEEMA HARDWARE, SHANICE INGRAM, ANIQUE HARDWARE, the unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest, are Defendants. The Clerk of Court, Brenda D.
