NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the Florida estate of Patrick Henry ONeill, III, deceased, whose date of death was March 29, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for St. Johns County, Florida, Probate Division; File No. CP25-564; the address of which is Richard O. Watson Judicial Center, 4010 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against the decedents estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this Notice, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
