CITY OF STUART NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE NOTICE is hereby given as required by Chapter 166.041 Florida Statutes that the following Ordinances will be produced in writing and adopted at a meeting of the City Commission of the City of Stuart, at City Hall, 121 SW Flagler Avenue on February 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. A full copy of said Ordinances, entitled hereafter, may be inspected at the Office of the City Clerk during regular business hours from this date forward. All interested parties may attend said meeting and be heard or send comments to the office mentioned above. ORDINANCE No. 2547-2026; AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF STUART, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 8.07.07 OF THE CITY'S LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE IN COMPLIANCE WITH RECENTLY ENACTED LEGISLATION, SENATE BILL 954; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Commission at the public hearing will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
