IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR Indian River COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 2026 CP 000005 IN RE: Estate of ELIZABETH DORSEY IVEY SMITH a/k/a ELIZABETH DORSEY IVEY SMITH SEED NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of ELIZABETH DORSEY IVEY SMITH a/k/a ELIZABETH DORSEY IVEY SMITH SEED , deceased, whose date of death was December 3, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Indian River, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 2000 16th Avenue, Room 158, Vero Beach, FL 32960. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
