NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that Carolyn Timmann, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Martin County, Florida, will on March 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction at www.martin.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Martin County, Florida, to wit: Lot 7, MINOR PLAT PALM LAKE ESTATES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 54, Public Records of Martin County, Florida.
