Scope to include new construction of a one-story educational core facility building totaling 20,398 SF. The building will include a gymnasium, multipurpose classrooms, student and staff toilet facilities, shower rooms, and locker room areas. A non-mandatory job walk will be held 2/16/26 at 1:30PM at project location above. SEALED BIDS are due 3/18/26 by 2PM and MUST be hand delivered or mailed directly to St. Lucie Public Schools, 9461 Brandywine Ln, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986 Attn: Kim Albritton.
