Notice is hereby given that Jason D. English, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Santa Rosa County, Florida, shall sell the following described property situated in Santa Rosa County, Florida: 
Lot 11, Block e, THE PRESERVE, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 93 through 97, of the Public Records of Santa Rosa County, Florida. 
including the structures and improvements located thereon, if any, at a public sale on the 12th day of February, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time), or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at www.santarosa.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said court, the style of which is THE PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MILTON, INC. v JOVONDA D. MCNEIL, the case number of which is 2025 CC 000917.
