<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Cancel Sale dated the 20th day of January, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 001505, of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPA CITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAKSYM KOZHUKHAR, GREGORY PERRY, CITY OF TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA AND GERP ENTERPRISES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY are defendants. Gwen Marshall as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 11th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:</p>
<p>Lot 48, Block &#8220;C&#8221;, in UNIT NO. 2 OF APALACHEE RIDGE, a subdivision, as per map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 234, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.</p>
