City seeks bids for CDBG grant administration and engineering services.

City of Chattahoochee, Florida CDBG Grant Administration and/or Engineering Services for a CDBG-NR Funded Project - "RFP 2025-01 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ADMINISTRATION AND/OR ENGINEERING SERVICES"
The City of Chattahoochee, Florida invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Bids/Proposals for Grant Administration and/or Statements of Qualifications for Engineering Services related to a CDBG Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2023 funded project.  All responses will be ranked on a separate and equal basis.  Ranking criteria and requirements may be requested in person by contacting Amanda Applewhite, City Clerk/Interim City Manager, at 22 Jefferson St, Chattahoochee, FL 32324 or by email at aapplewhite@chattahoocheefl.gov.
 
Five (5) copies of sealed proposals and one flash drive containing the proposal must be received by 2:00 pm on March 3rd, 2026, submitted to the City of Chattahoochee, Attn:  Amanda Applewhite, 22 Jefferson St, Chattahoochee, FL 32324.
 
Submittal envelopes for Grant Administration must be sealed and marked with the RFP number, "Grant Administration", "CBDG-NR", due date, and name of respondent.  If more than one envelope is needed, please mark "1 of 2", "2 of 2", etc.
 
Submittal envelopes for Engineering Services must be sealed and marked with the RFP number, "Engineering Services", "CBDG-NR", due date, and name of respondent.  If more than one envelope is needed, please mark "1 of 2", "2 of 2", etc.
