The regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Capital Region Community Development District (Southwood Community) will be held Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Southwood Community Center, 4675 Grove Park Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32311. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from GMS, LLC, 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, Florida 32092, (and phone (904) 940-5850). This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
