The Nature of the action is an adoption under O.C.G.A.  19-8-7.  You are hereby put on notice that you have 30 days to file a responsive pleading with the Thomas County Superior Court and serve a copy upon Plaintiff's attorney, William H. Blackburn or Jonathan Wood at Whitehurst, Blackburn & Warren, 809 South Broad Street, Thomasville, Georgia 31792 or file a responding pleading directly upon the above-captioned parties pursuant to O.C.G.A.  19-8-12(e).
