COT-FSU MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Tallahassee (the City) and Florida State University (FSU) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in connection with the transfer of assets from the City to FSU to facilitate the creation of an academic health center.
