NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that Doug Chorvat, Jr., Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, will on March 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, outside of Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hernando County, Florida, to wit: Lot 31, Block 8, TRILLIUM VILLAGE B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page(s) 16 through 20, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
