Unit 207 of IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM IX, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4249, Page 1180, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.  The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on March 12, 2026
