IDEA Florida, Inc., a non-profit organization operating public charter schools within the State of Florida, is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Fully Insured and Level Funded Medical and RX Coverage Services for eligible IDEA employees and their enrolled dependents, in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms, and conditions defined in this solicitation.
 
The full solicitation package is available for review on the IDEA website at https://ideapublicschools.org/states/florida/and on Public Purchase at https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/login/login .
 
Proposals must be submitted to IDEA Public Schools Headquarters, Attention: Solicitation Team, c/o IDEA Florida, Inc., 2115 W Pike Blvd, Weslaco, TX 78596, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
