NOTICE OF ACTION OF FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS-PROPERTY
TO: NIKELCIA MARCELIN
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hernando County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 24, TRILBY CROSSING PHASE 1, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 20, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
