RELOCATION NOTICE Dr. David Mason is relocating his general and colorectal surgery practice. Our last day at the current office, 4710 N. Habana Ave., Suite 403, Tampa, FL will be January 30, 2026. Effective February 2, 2026, we will be located at 3101 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., 2nd Floor, Tampa, FL 33607. Our current number 813-673-8282 will change to 813-879-5010.
