Lot 47, of MINI FARMS UNIT NO. 11, an unrecorded subdivision, being more particularly described as follows:  The Northwest 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 17 South, Range 18 East, Citrus County, Florida.
