Application received: October 1st, 2025. Proposed activity: Retail building and Drive-thru building with proposed parking. Project size: 0.61 acres. Location: Section(s) 24, Township 28 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County. Outstanding Florida Water: no. Aquatic preserve: no.
