Bradshaw, Sheriff of Palm Beach County, Florida, by virtue of a Writ of Execution, Case # 50-2020-CC-011939-XXXX-MB, issued out of the County Court in and for PALM BEACH County, Florida on the 23rd day of April, 2025 in that certain cause wherein, GERARD SERVICES, INC., Plaintiff and WILTER SIMEUS, Defendant, and on the 27th day of March, 2026 on behalf of the Plaintiff, GERARD SERVICES, INC., have made levy upon the following described property: All rights, title and interest of WILTER SIMEUS, the within named defendant, to wit: 2019 LIGHT GREEN TOYOTA RAV4 VIN # 2T3W1RFV7KC008188 TITLE # 135362201 The property may be seen prior to the sale at BECKS TOWING & RECOVERY, 410 N.E. 5TH AVENUE BOYNTON BEACH, FL 33435. Images of the property will be available on the Palm Beach County Sheriffs website at https://www.pbso.org/inside-pbso/law-enforcement/court-services-division/sheriffs-sale.
