NOTIC OF PUBLIC SALE MD Auto & Tire Corp gives notice and intent to sell for non-payment of labor, service and storage fees for following vehicles on 5/13/2026 at 8:30 AM at 1060 Old Dixie Hwy SW, Vero Beach, FL 32962. Please call (772) 562-1001 to arrange cash payment on day of sale to redeem motor vehicle(s) or satisfy lien. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicles without judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. Lien claimed by lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to FL Statute 713.585.
