A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all interested vendors will be held on February 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Mulberry Recreation Center located at 8445 SE 165th Mulberry Lane, The Villages, FL 32162. Sealed or electronic bids must be received by 3:00pm on March 10, 2026, at the Purchasing Department located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, FL 32162, and the bid opening will be held at 3:15pm at the same location.
