AMENDED NOTICE OF ACTION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE WITH DEPENDENT OR MINOR CHILD(REN) TO: RAUL ALEXANDER MENDIZ LAST KNOWN ADDRESS:UNKNOWN YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an Action for Petition for Dissolution of Marriage with Dependent or Minor Child(ren) has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on RUTH MARIA SILVERA RIVERA, whose address is: 2550 SW 192 Terrace, Miramar, Florida 33029, on or before April 20, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 201 South East 6th Street, Rm 4130, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33301, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter.
