Ross Ave Tampa, Florida 32205 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Hazel Jean Williams Barton, whose address is 645 E. 21st Street, Apt. 3304, Jacksonville, Florida 32206 on or before April 25, 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 501 West Adams Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter.
