ADMIR ADEMOVIC, DEFENDANT(S), CASE NO.: 2026-CA-000128 DIVISION: NOTICE OF ACTION NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on or about February 2, 2026, and is now pending as case number 2026-CA-000128 in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Hernando. The name of the unserved party to the action is: Admir Ademovic 1455 Newhope Rd, Springhill, FL 34606 and the nature of the proceeding is a Partition of Real Property. This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Hernando Sun Newspaper. Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiffs attorney, Stephen K. Hachey, Esq., whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Dr, Riverview, FL 33578, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter.
